• APB Properties of Florida does not guarantee the accuracy of any MLS data, including property details, price, condition, or availability.

5. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Notice Policy

APB Properties of Florida respects the intellectual property rights of others and has adopted this policy in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) to provide proper notification of alleged copyright infringement occurring on this Site.

Designated Agent for Takedown Notices
